Description

A client of mine conducts delivery management for some of the world’s best-known eCommerce and retail brands. Their SaaS platform optimises ordering, shipping, and delivery processes to ensure smooth customer experiences at global scale.

They’re now seeking a Product Manager to join their growing product function. Reporting to the Principal PM, this is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape product strategy, execute roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market.


Responsibilities

  • Support translation of business goals into actionable product plans and priorities.

  • Contribute to building and maintaining an outcome-focused product roadmap.

  • Work closely with engineering squads to align on requirements, timelines, and delivery.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Engineering on launches.

  • Conduct user and market research to identify customer needs and pain points.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform product direction.

  • Track product performance metrics and support adoption of new features.

  • Provide research, documentation, and support to the Principal PM on product initiatives.


Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager within SaaS, with proven delivery impact.

  • Strong background working in Agile or Lean environments.

  • Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with both business and technical teams.

  • Analytical problem-solver who can simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience with product strategy, planning, and roadmap execution.

  • Open to occasional EU/international travel.

  • Full driving licence required.
